Watch the bean become the cup

We film each batch from the first crack to the final pour, so you can watch where your cup came from.

Craft

The roast is a performance worth watching

Our small-batch roaster works with fire and time. We watch the colour turn, listen for the first crack, and pull each batch the moment it peaks.

Why

Three reasons the coffee tastes this good

We buy from farms we've walked and roast twelve kilos at a time. Our baristas weigh every shot.

Beans sourced from farmers we know

We pay fair prices and visit the farms ourselves, every harvest.

Roasted in small batches daily

We roast twelve kilos at a time, and nothing on our shelf is more than seven days old.

Poured by master baristas

Our baristas weigh and time every shot, and taste the first one from each new batch.

Taste the difference

The house blend tastes of dark chocolate, citrus and caramel.

Roast date on every bag

Your beans are roasted within days of your order, and the date is printed on the front.

Sourced responsibly

We buy from the same growers year after year, and we've walked every farm we buy from.

Journey

From the farm to your cup

We follow the coffee from the highlands to the roaster to the bar, in four scenes across one day.

  1. 05:40

    The farm at dawn

We walk the rows with the growers. Cherries are picked only when they are perfectly ripe.

  2. 12:00

    The roast at noon

Small batches hit the drum. We listen for the first crack and watch the colour deepen.

  3. 18:30

    The grind at dusk

We grind each order right before it's brewed, so the beans never sit open to the air.

  4. 21:00

    The pour at night

Water meets coffee in a slow spiral. The cup is handed over warm.
