Do you have plant milks?
Oat and almond at no extra charge. We steam them to a lower temperature so they stay sweet.
Is there a decaf?
Yes. A Colombian decaf processed with sugarcane, available on espresso and as a slow pour.
What grind should I order for home?
Tell us your brewer at checkout: espresso, filter, French press or whole bean. Whole bean stays fresh longest.
Can I pause my subscription?
Pause, skip or cancel any month from your account, as long as you do it before the roast date.
Do you ever swap my coffee?
Not without asking. If a lot sells out, we email you first.
When do bags ship?
Within 48 hours of roasting, Monday to Thursday, so nothing sits in a warehouse over the weekend.
